Got my car Tivoli Ssangyong repaired via insurance claim. Went in for a quote and was met with John as my first touch point. Super polite, very professional, took photos and provided an overview of the process post claim lodgement. Dropped the car in for its fix (left front, bumper, light replacement, wheel thing - a big job!) Completed in just over a week.
