I wouldn’t work for this company. I know that. I had to remind the owner to pay me three out of the four payments I received while I was there. One time, I mentioned turning in the keys I was given if I did not get paid and received a phone call from the owner, who became very hostile. It became a very uncomfortable and awkward work environment very quickly. The final payment is being held out of spite, I think.
