Plumber was great, fair price!
I vacated my house for one year while plumbing was suppose to be brought to code in my home following a flood. Gray duck failed to deliver on multiple promises. They overcharge (+14k) and left a bunch of pipes in my home uncapped (i would have flooded my house again had an actual professional not seen and corrected their work). Gray duck told me the assigned employee (Neal) went home sick, delaying Sheetrock installation… yet sent him hours later to repair a pipe they had cut unauthorized. Good staff, cool, calm, friendly, flexible, smart. They plumbed the kitchenette for our commercial remodel. Yay!
As a Maintenance Coordinator there were plumbing jobs where I needed to call in "the big guns" and Gray Duck solved all my plumbing needs. Dan is a wealth of knowledge and is very good at explaining what the problem was and how he fixed it. I highly recommend Gray Duck for all plumbing needs! (Gray Duck is the plumbing contractor for my new employer.)
