I cannot say enough good things about Gray Duck Plumbing. In about two hours, Dan had diagnosed the issue with my shower plumbing, examined all of the plumbing in my house, respectfully explained everything to me, fixed the shower, and had options laid out for the other impending upgrades. I have used Gray Duck Plumbing a few times now, for my investment property duplex. I can't believe how quickly they are able to get you scheduled and taken care of! Great communication - they ask for my tenants' phone numbers, so they can communicate with them directly, rather than using me as the middleman, which speeds things up. I've only worked with Daniel Couillard as my plumber, and he's friendly (my tenants have had to deal with some GRUMPY plumbers over the years) and always looking out for me. GDP is the best!
