Dan is my new hero! I’ve had plumbers and drain people out to find the source of our off and on again sewer gas problem but no one could figure it out - until DAN! He diagnosed a problem in the lavatory sink vent and exposed the bathroom vent system only to find a huge issue with a rotting vent pipe! It not only had holes in the pipe but it was rotting away where it screwed in to the main stack. (Lucky for us our plaster walls kept the smell inside it most days.) Tina was the first female plumber I’ve ever worked with—and the very best plumber I’ve hired. She fixed problems with my bathtub and sink and even explained how to fix my ice maker. She was knowledgeable, professional, and a breath of fresh air. I felt comfortable having her in my home, which hasn’t always been my experience with other service providers. In one quick visit, she accomplished more than anyone else I’ve worked with since moving to Minneapolis. I highly recommend her and Grey Duck plumbing.
The master bathroom in my home has the original toilet mounted on the wall from 1931. The flushing mechanism finally broke and the toilet no longer worked.I had two different plumbing companies come out and say nothing could be done other than spending $4-5,000 to rip out the old toilet and replace it.
