I had Gray Duck Plumbing come out to help with my house twice, and both times were fantastic. I don't remember the names of the two people unfortunately, but both were fantastic. They went above and beyond in helping out and repairing everything that was going on. Shoutout to Grey Duck and especially Greg for going above and beyond. Greg was on time, super easy to work with, and took the extra time to make sure everything was done right. He explained what was going on, didn’t rush anything, and even handled a couple unexpected things without making it a big deal. Really solid work and great service. We’ll definitely be calling Grey Duck again.

I can’t speak highly enough to the care, professionalism and caliber of service that Gray Duck offers. The cultural tone they’ve set is also impressive - I feel respected and understood as a customer, and far more empowered in understanding their work done, (which is always excellent) and how to best maintain those systems in my home that have been repaired.

I have had the absolute pleasure working hand to hand with gray duck plumbing on multiple projects i've seen first hand how they deal with their customers end their customers problems. 5 stars across-the-board super knowledgeable. Non-judgmental Plumbing company that will definitely come through and get the job done. Right
