I’m really going to miss Gray Duck. I started here about two years ago and I am so sad to be leaving. Everyone was so welcoming from the start and made me even more motivated to come to class. Josh and Harley are wonderful coaches. They are easy to talk to, care about everyone, and do a great job. Approachable: the coaches here are so nice and supportive. It doesn’t matter where you are in your journey, they will customize the workout to work for you. The coaches put time and effort into making sure that the workout is accessible, for everyone at any level. I’ve been to a few CrossFit gyms at the community here is top notch. Dropped in on a Saturday. Harley was very nice and helped me set the workout as I dropped in on a partner day and I was the odd one out (my choice). She made sure I didn’t burn myself out. Rest of community very nice. Nice little gym and I will be back next time in town
