Communication was not good with elder person
My boyfriend took off an entire day of work and drove a 16 hour round trip from South Carolina to Mississippi to look at a truck that was falsely advertised as available, even after talking to a real sales representative. Horrible operations management. What a waste of a weekend on this deceitful “dealership.” edit : it was the Ford section.
Landon Wallace answered my numourous questions, it was greatly appreciated.
Hands down the best dealership to work with! Ryan is absolutely amazing. He really listens to his customers and gets them into something they love! I understand why he won salesperson of the year last year. Will recommend him to everyone I know looking to buy a car!
