I want to thank the crew that drove me from Pampa to Lubbock Covenant hospital on November 14, 2023. You made me feel comfortable when inside I was very nervous about not being able to swallow. And joking I enjoyed the lite sound of music but you need to add some Rolling Stones and some more Country music to your repertoire! 😁. Again a big Thank You.

I want to thank the Gray County EMS service for their speedy response tonight when I called 911. My grandmother, Nora Franks, was experiencing respiratory distress. Harley Jernigan, the ambulance driver, and the kind EMT made it to Lefors in less than 10 minutes. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and took great care getting us to the emergency room. The albuterol treatment they gave seemed to help. We are grateful.

The ones that took me to the hospital June 1st around midnight asked my mom how to transfer me because I am paralyzed on my right side. Then they said she couldn't ride with them because of their rules and they had no masks on. The ones who transported me back were EXCELLENT. The kindest people I ever met.

They show up unprepared and ask bystanders to move fall victims. Better be glad nothing came of your negligence. Train your people better. This is a joke of an emergency response.
