Expect Billing Problems My family quit going here due to repeated billing mistakes. The office staff was not submitting the bill to our insurance correctly (this happened three times over a year and a half). They would send me rude letters asking for payment. Nice office, bad service and billing Every time that my husband and I have gone to this dentist, we have been billed by the dentist....even for services that were supposed to be 100% covered by our insurance. I highly suspect insurance fraud from this practice as I am not alone in this poor billing practice. They have a great new office, but it's rare to even see the dentist at all. Amazing Best Experience seeing a Dentist. He has the most high tech instruments I have ever seen. I needed a crown and went to two other Dentist before I found Dr. Gray. He was wonderful and was able to make the crown in one appointment with the Cerec Machine. It was beautiful and you cant even tell it was a crown. Very Professional. I would recommend him to anyone.
