I see a lot of 5's on here but I find it really hard to believe. Wish I was able to give them a 5. At this point for our construction is finished and I should probably be giving them a 1 but they did do some stuff right. Mike and Gregg seem like great people. they did come back to fix some of the items (fixes didn't hold) but others they wouldn't address. Big items for me that were not addressed. they buried an acre's worth of trees about 100 ft behind my house. They were supposed to be stacked at back of cleared lot. (now, ... read more

Grey Construction built our new home in Callao VA. The GC, their office folks, and their subcontractors were very professional and great to work with. Mike was straightforward and honest and Mikey and Dwayne were available to talk to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. From the framing to the finish work, everyone paid attention to the details, which resulted in a beautiful and quality built home. We couldn't be happier with the finished project.

This was our first ever experience having a new home built. From start to finish, everyone we worked with from the office staff, owners, superintendent, and construction folks were very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. They couldn't have made it any easier for us, were patient with our questions, changes and ideas, and professionally addressed any of our concerns, which were very few. Gray Construction knocked down our existing cottage and built a new home on our site. Everything was very professional and Dwayne was super easy to work with, as was Mikey, Mike and the office staff! Can't say enough good things about Gray Construction!
