Used Shawn Gray's services for a small bathroom remodel. Overall workmanship was good. The project management and or communication is bad. Had a project overrun by 12 percent WITHOUT communication of added cost untill it came time to pay the bill. While there was a discussion of truss replacement and additional 250 verbally it only required 2x4 piece of plywood. Yet I was charged the entire 250.
