Responsive, prompt, and communicative. I reached out after another local company became unresponsive regarding a potentially serious issue. Gray Brothers picked up the phone, listened, and came up with a plan. They came out the next day, showed up when they said they would, diagnosed the issue, addressed the issue, and provided helpful information to consider for the future. Evan and Chris were great.
Right now they’re charging a $25 diesel surcharge for coming out to your house for a pump-out. I live 8 miles from their shop…I don’t know what sort of mileage their trucks get but they dang sure aren’t spending $25 in gas to come here. It’s obvious price gouging. Moved on.
Dontay was wonderful. Done a great job. A+
Dontay was so friendly and helpful! Our first time having our septic pumped and they were amazing!
