Deceptive in their billing. Quick to believe their staff-member is correct and the customer is not. If potentially being overcharged is not a concern, they were expedient and responsive otherwise. I recommend getting initial estimate sent in writing prior to moving forward with their team.
Jeremy with Gray Brothers was awesome. He gave me a heads up when he was on his way and arrived on time. I have a challenging property with a couple switchbacks and he navigated them flawlessly. He even took the time on an extremely hot and humid day to walk me through my septic system. Top notch and definitely working with these folks again in the future.
