I had the best experience of any company I have dealt with. Evan came out and very quickly identified the problem and explained everything going on and was so patient and kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Evan and Greys Brothers.
Everything was good at the onset, then it turned nightmarish. The short lesson to this is, if you are looking to get major work done from a Septic perspective look elsewhere. If it's a minor one and done, I'm sure Gray Brothers is sufficient. Start of this long painful journey was the Septic pump alarm going off because the pump kept shorting the breaker. I started with Grey Brothers last year with a Porta poddy. Service was great for few months. Then something changed. The Porta poddy was supposed to be serviced 1 per week. They would skip weeks and still charge us for the service. Joe my contact was cool and said he would look into it. He even gave me a few months free to make up for their shortcomings. My septic backed up and had a blockage. From the phone call to the service everyone was so nice and knowledgeable and took me through my whole system and really helped keep the stress level down by making sure they fixed the problem. I am so grateful for everyone. Denise(I believe is who took my call) Jeremy, Evan, and I’m sorry I forgot the other really nice gentlemen that was the first tech onsite this past Tuesday. Just a truly wondferful company. They have all my business going forward
