Great folks to work with. Every piece of farm equipment I own was bought here. Mechanics do great work. Greg Gray owner and salesman. He has assembled a great team. Customer service from sale to after sale is their priority.
Brett was outstanding. Courteous, all the guys working there are just nice. Left my Hustler there because the battery was going dead while mowing. Expected it to be the part that charges the battery when you are mowing. Picked it up today and there was no charge. Brett showed me a small plug that had melted and that was what was the problem. Honesty! I have always drove from Ft Smith there to have my mowers serviced and will continue the drive. Almost every other shop would have just replaced the part and I wouldn't even kno... read more
