Venue was great but the security guard checking IDs was clearly not sober. Accused everyone in our party (all over the age of 30) of using fake IDs or other peoples IDs because people had either shaved since their photo or were not wearing their glasses. Also told my friend that “she was heavier and rounder” than in her ID photo. TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER AND TO NOT INSULT YOUR PATRONS AND CALL THEM FAT
8/8/2025: I, along with my other friends, received replies from the Gray Area about the incident. However, as is clearly outlined in our reviews, it is not about the refund process or the tickets at all. Rather, it is about the ill treatment we received from the venue staff.
