This used to be a great place, now they are unreachable. Very cold. Everything is so automated with AI and non personal no transparancy at all. Nickel and dime. Even charge for needle waste disposal fee $8.50. Iwe had a sharps container that held 100s of needles and cost 30 when it was full to dispose of. It feel like this location isn't here to help animals. its not the same since Dr. Kenney Sold out! Very sad. Followed him for over 2 decades. Hopefullt I find a place that is personal not AI..
Just left this place. We have been taking our dog here for 17 years. The original veterinary retired recently. I brought my dog in so they could check a spot on him. First thing the vet says when I asked her to look at him was….”he’s got a lot going on, you know something’s going to get him eventually”. Who says that? What, because he’s old I’m not supposed to take care of him? It’s like she was tired of treating him or something. I noticed she didn’t mind taking my $50 for a 5 minute visit. I’m done with this place.
Nice rehabilitation center but lack of animals for viewing. Probably should be billed as a rehab center so people know what to expect. It's been probably 15 years since I have been to visit and I do need to say that the facilities Have improved tho
They help our local rescue Pulled from the Pits and they are so kind to our animals.
My family has been using Gray animal center for a lot of years, we started with Dr Kinney but he retired and we were devastated to lose him but the new vets there are excellent
