Very friendly and professional staff. Fair pricing. I have complete faith in Dr. Anderson. She explains, investigates, and delivers! Great place to bring your pets.
I could not be happier with the care and consideration we always receive at Gray Animal Center. When Dr Kinney left I felt some sense of dread at who may come next, but Dr. Anderson and all the supporting staff there have made the transition so wonderful. I might go so far as to say I like it even better now that I can manage care appointments online. Dr. A does not disappoint. She is so welcoming and knowledgeable.
I give a zero star. This is the vet I've always took my dog to. He had sarcoma on his leg. On Wednesday it opened and started oozing would they see him NO, on Thursday he's bleeding everywhere and half his leg was gone would they see him NO,on Friday u can imagine how it was it smelled so bad of death would they see him NO I finally found someone to euthanize him. I wouldn't take a sick fly to this vet
This used to be a great place, now they are unreachable. Very cold. Everything is so automated with AI and non personal no transparancy at all. Nickel and dime. Even charge for needle waste disposal fee $8.50. Iwe had a sharps container that held 100s of needles and cost 30 when it was full to dispose of. It feel like this location isn't here to help animals. its not the same since Dr. Kenney Sold out! Very sad. Followed him for over 2 decades. Hopefullt I find a place that is personal not AI..
Just left this place. We have been taking our dog here for 17 years. The original veterinary retired recently. I brought my dog in so they could check a spot on him. First thing the vet says when I asked her to look at him was….”he’s got a lot going on, you know something’s going to get him eventually”. Who says that? What, because he’s old I’m not supposed to take care of him? It’s like she was tired of treating him or something. I noticed she didn’t mind taking my $50 for a 5 minute visit. I’m done with this place.
