Vehicle needed a new alternator. Total cost was very comparable to the dealership Charged me $85 just to put my own battery back in the vehicle. This is after they tried to make me buy a new battery from them- even though there was 50 months of warranty remaining. Wouldn’t let me put it in myself- which would’ve taken 2 minutes tops.
Apparently they have quit servicing jeep wagoneers. Dropped my car off for a routine oil change (which they have done for 3 years now) and they took my keys but had to call me back to pick up my car informing me that they won’t work on wagoneers. Such a waste of time and obviously taking my business elsewhere.
Allegedly first come first serve but they send you away/say closed hours before the posted closed time. Waste of time.
