Fantastic remedial massage by Ruth. Highly recommended!
I was experiencing really bad shoulder and neck pains and after an hour with Ruth I didn't have either any more! Will definitely be back.
Ruth is very good and takes time to go over a bit of history and areas that need focusing, and then ensures that those areas have got the right level of attention and tension. Please note that it’s not a relaxation mans safe but more on sports massage level, which is exactly what I needed, as it not only helped me relieve those lactic acid pockets, but also help mobilize the toxins and aid in one of the most relaxed sleep I have had post that session.
Had a great remedial massage. Got into all the right spots. Very professional with great knowledge. Will be back.
