Disappointing experience with the car lift in our building. I got stuck for an hour and had to devise my own escape plan after emergency services didn't provide assistance. Emergency services didn't provide assistance 000 calls didn't yield help Fuji Emergency Services sent automated messages with no ETA Their response was slow and unhelpful, and they showed no urgency in resolving the issue. The car elevators in the building do not work - they are the only way to get your car in and out and are unreliable and dangerous. If you pay rent here you can also expect to pay various street parking fines and uber fares to get to appointments when the elevators don't work. This past weekend the emergency repair company was called 3 times in 24 hours and no one in the building was able to get their cars in or out, the elevator can also trap you and your car inside, just hanging in the air which is terrifying. The apartment was nice a bit pricey but dont go there no parking available what so ever on street parking per hour and if you run out by 2 mins- $96.00 dollar fine and is long way to city you cant walk not safe
