unfortunately, this is the only ski/snowboard shop in town
Not great selection at all. Came in with a friend, they had skateboards that were years old and still 50+ dollars and basic level decks for up to triple digit prices. On top of that, we noticed more than 4 people in the span of 20 minutes coming in for returns. Will not be coming back.
Limited selection. We found them to be as high as 25% more then Amazon on the boots and skis we wanted. Sales staff is nice but we found the owner to be an over emotional nasty piece of work that makes ever giving them future business a non-starter.
I originally came in for bindings and ended up leaving with a new pair of boots as well! Emanuel was super helpful and his customer service was above and beyond! definitely will be back. Thank you!
Does not feel like a real store, more like a club house. Everybody knows everybody for some reason, people are sitting around and actual customers that come in get ignored. The only person that even talked to me (I think he was an employee) even had a slight attitude. What did I do? Nothing as far as I am aware of.
