We visited Outdoor Gravity Park as a group of three families and purchased tickets for the activity. At the front desk, our kids selected the red lane and we were clearly informed that each child would go individually for the activity. The staff also agreed to this. The park was so fun and my kids age 9 and 12 had a blast!! The reason I gave it 3 stars is the staff at the counters were rude and didn't explain things well. We got there at 10:10 for the 10:30 slot. We had done everything online and asked if we needed anything else and they said no just wait. Several people starting getting there and getting bracelets so we asked where ours were and they said "oh you didnt actually check in" then told us where to go outside,etc. Then when we took the videos back they acted like we couldnt ... read more
Waited forever to get in even though had a reservation. No organization . Poorly staffed. No idea what they were doing.
This is a must do! You will get wet and you definitely go faster than what it looks like. They provide the go pros
