My husband and kids rode, but the ladies checking you in and at the go pro corner were snotty. Seemed like asking a question was a henderance. My family had a good time in the orb. However, when people are paying a good chunk of money for a 2 minute ride... I would expect a more friendly environment. So the thrill 5 stars. The hospitality 1 star.

Purchased tickets, web site said the last run was at 3:15. Got there at 2:19 and was told Sorry last call was at 2:15. We left without a fuss however, they stopped running at 2:30 PM. Due to no other customers Plenty of time for us to take one trip down before "3:15, when they close"
