These people are crooks! They are not bonded and they are foreigners who set up shop in a low income neighborhood to hustle and rob the hardworking people in that community. The police reports that they are called out to that location regularly by customers who are being taken advantage of. Forest Park Code Enforcement needs to investigate them because they are not in compliance. This was confirmed by officers who arrived after I called them to report this company's fraudulent practices.
