Very dissatisfied with our new separator which doesn't perform nearly as well as we were told by the sales team, recovering as little as half a percent of minerals from a load when full. Not only this but the electricity consumption is near double that of a similar albeit slightly smaller unit manufactured in the late 1980s. One does not expect a machine that costs this sort of money to be such a white elephant.

Also got blackmailed into completing work under false pretences by the sloppy technical director having been lied to that he was changing supplier. Bearing in mind I do not advertise I have suspicions about where the work came from. Once completed it took weeks to chase payment contrary to what I was told beforehand.
