A little dirty. Good location but just was a little disappointing. Staff was average and food recommendation by them were terrible. Don’t ask them where to go for food. Coffee bar attendants were super rude. Great view from room and added spa, gym amenities were appreciated but just kinda mid.

had high hopes for gravity Haus and all the hype around it. unfortunately we had meh service and a dirty room (dusty with rings left behind from other people’s beverages and a brown smear on a bath towel) bar closes pretty early and the whole place seemed dark. there was a guy who seemed almost passive while we were checking in. disappointing stay. it is worth it to pay a little extra for the hythe we’ve confirmed.
