First time coming to Vail and stayed here for a birthday weekend. The hotel pictures makes it looks nice but honestly the room looked a little outdated especially for $360 a night! Plus $60 a day for parking. The place allows dogs so I couldn’t even sleep in because all you can hear in the morning are dogs howling in the room down the hallway. Great location in Vail village and right across public parking garage. Amenities and rooms are exceptional, worth the money and experience. Also, very pet friendly.

Staff here is super top-notch, everyone in all the roles always friendly and helpful! I love how much team spirit is here and as a second-year member I am so stoked to live by the shining star of the GH properties and train and work here often. I booked a room at this hotel, but unfortunately, it was closed for renovation when I arrived. The staff were very supportive and helped me move to another hotel. They even gave me a gift as an apology. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!
