Loved this hotel one of my absolute favorite places to stay. Very dog-friendly and a super cool vibe and feel to it. Highly recommended checking it out next time you’re in Vail!

This was the worst experience of a stay I've ever had. We had an experience with the front desk person named Taylor who couldn't be more rude if she tried. She was rude at every opportunity she had. We had two shoes in the tote bag they have in the rooms. I asked if they charged if we took them and she said yes but didn't know how much. I said no problem I'm leaving out our stuff at the lobby for a little bit and then when we get the car we could transfer everything in there. Made a reservation months ago through hotels.com and since have had 3 charges to my credit card from them with no explanation from them as to why. Wasn’t supposed to be charged until arrival.
