Kara Rescued my head from a disastrous haircut from a different salon. She was attentive, professional, and so very kind. I immediately felt at ease and could tell that she knew exactly what she was doing. We came up with a plan to fix the haircut and how to let it grow in to the style that I do want. She communicated beautifully what realistically she can do to correct the haircut and how it would take time for it to grow into the style that I wanted.
