The staff are always friendly. The facility is always clean. The classes are fantastic! I've always been able to get a parking space. In Spring, Summer, and Autumn it's easy to ride my bike on the nearby bikepath and then a short way in the bike lane on Woodside. I'm very happy with this gym and expect to be a member a long time.

Gym has the right equipment, parking is rough, prices are to be expected for the area, however their management and ownership really struggle to treat people well. I left the valley to for school. After a few months I noticed I hadn’t cancelled my membership so I sent a email requesting a cancelation of my membership. I was informed I needed to cancel in person.
