Main reason I am giving 3 stars is to gain attention from the business. Overall my kids really do love this place. There are enough activities to keep them busy for hours. From a parent perspective I find it easy to use the facility, clean, & comfortable. The reason for the 3 stars. We do not enjoy the foam mattresses. They used to love the square foam bricks. Small, unclean, and expensive. They also get on you for everything. My two year old won’t wear the wristband and they said it’s okay but then workers will keep pestering you about everything. Definitely makes the experience unenjoyable. Their smallest socks also aren’t small enough for littles and they need more sizing. Definitely better jump places elsewhere. Will unfortunately be selling our gift card here as we won’t be coming again.
Redy set recharge
Definitely not as fun for kids or anybody after they totally got rid of the foam pit. It's probably to save money and yeah they were breaking down and clinging to your socks but the weird mat they replaced the foam pit with is not that fun. Bring back the foam or lower prices to make up for it.
