No where to sit, very few couches upstairs, older kids playing dodge ball & hitting the the much younger kids & girls in the face, really didn't see those older kids parents around, waited 2 1/2 hrs for the room which we only an hr I believe to celebrate the birthday girl, not enough time if u ask me for the amount of money that was pd.

Pros: -SO MUCH TO DO. They've got basketball, dodgeball, a climbing wall, extra springy trampolines, long trampolines, and more stuff I probably forgot about. -Monthly membership ($60) is great if you come here regularly enough Cons: -You need to buy their socks to jump. They're inexpensive and reusable, and I can see why they're a requirement, but they're uncomfortable and slip easily on trampolines. -On any given day from about 6:00 - 8:00, there are so many customers that it feels cramped. If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all, the staff weren't paying attention to the jump floor at all. There were no depth marks on the foam pit, so we had no idea where the floor was in the bottom of the pit. Turns out it was only about 3 feet deep! I jumped from the diving board they have into the pit and hit my tailbone on the bottom, the foam did nothing to cushion the fall.
