Awesome place to take the kids. Jack # 2 was great interacting with the kids and teaching them new tricks
Due to what we were told was an overbooking, our party was not given a proper area and was instead placed in a corner with minimal space and attention. This decision not only impacted the atmosphere of the party, but also left us feeling like an afterthought on what should have been a special day for our child and our guests. Had an extremely unpleasant experience with a staff member named TJ. He outright refused to fit my daughter with a climbing harness simply because it was three minutes before the session began — completely unreasonable and lacking any basic customer service. His attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. In general, the staff here seem more focused on throwing their weight around than actually assisting families or creating a welcoming environment. Very disappointing.
