We had an outlet that wasn’t getting any power, so we called Gravity Electrical Solution for service. Tosh, the technician, came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out that our hood fan plug was tied into an air sensor—something he mentioned he’s only encountered a handful of times. Thanks to his many years of experience, Tosh was able to identify and fix the problem efficiently. Very disappointing experience. Nice people but they stopped by my house without tools and parts needed - unprepared. They brought a ladder that was too short despite being advised that fixtures are on the second level. Actually broke one of the set of matching fixtures I bought (no compensation). Replaced parts were left around the house. Told me to just 'tape up' the hole in the wall mount. Definitely does not match the 4.9 star rating they have and I'm inclined to find someone else for my electrical needs.

Gravity Electrical Solutions was excellent. They provided 5 star service and were very cost effective. The electrician was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. He fixed multiple issues inside of one hour. Other companies quoted me 3x as much to do the same job. I would definitely use Gravity Electrical Solutions again and would highly recommend them to others.
