Had our chandelier not working properly. We looked around and found Gravity with fairly nice reviews from customers, so we thought might as well give them a try, well did we make one of the best choices! Gravity was able to slot us into their busy schedule and they sent one of their very very best men here, Tosh! Tosh was super attention to details, knowledgeable, understanding, and of course professional for what he does. Thank you folks!

This is the fourth time I’ve used Gravity Electrical Solutions to perform work in both my former and current homes. And this time was no different in terms of quality of workmanship and professionalism than my previous excellent interactions with them. I had 2 large chandelier style lights that needed to be installed on my 10 foot ceilings to replace existing fixtures, as well as a new 15 amp breaker and 2 new plugs. Outstanding customer service and very professional staff! Even though the gentleman did not solve all my network issues due to the scope of it is beyond his knowledge. He is very honest with it and tried his best to escalate to the higher level within the company for solution from senior staff. Myself has some IT background and totally understand this.
