Poured a whole hot coffee on my lap crotch and didn’t apologize and said accidents happen. Brought my 1 towel to clean an entire coffee spilt all over my lap (until I told them I need a stack). Won’t give me a number to contact Nicole the owner. Now off to take a shower then go spend a few hours cleaning my car. I told her to take a pic immediately as my phone was soaked in coffee and send to Nicole and asked for a call back without one
Aaah man been kinda disappointed lately with my ice coffees. I go once a week since it’s far from my house and when I go is not the same anymore :(
