Great energy drinks.
I dont usually give out 5 stars because no one is perfect, BUT I really ended up loving this place! Its a drive thru, and I always get the Spiced Chai latte and hubby gets Interstellar. I tell you it's one of the best spiced chai I've ever had(and the flavor is the same in every branch unlike certain SB that goes watery and expensive 😬, yes i love a good chai) and the interstellar is like Italian soda that is creamy and perks you up just right! I frequent GC a lot (way more than I should) and the service has been getting worse and worse. But today was ridiculous, the staff members that help me had the most annoyed look (and maybe she’s not a morning person but that shouldn’t be the customers problem). And then she proceeded to complain to the other staff about the way I requested my drink (smoothie blended separately and layered together) and the other employees literally (and audibly) said “yeah, she always does, idk what she wants us to do” then rolled her eyes. ... read more
The last few times I came my experience was all right but every time I ask for a light ice drink on a 32 ounce chai latte my drink is usually drowned in ice so I’m not sure why I’m paying $10 to a drink that’s half water. I’m guessing that theyre a bit stressed or something but I’d appreciate better service. I try to tip but no offense I started to stop tipping because my drink was never coming out how I asked. If u live closer to a different gravity I’d say go there.
Normally love gravity but this location the girls were very obviously not friendly, neither girls smiled a single time. I was a barista for 2 years and it’s really not hard to be friendly but the coffee was burnt and almost sour, wild it was $17 before tip for 2 drinks for the quality of the service
