I was at Gravity for a children’s birthday party. I’ve been to a few climbing gyms in other places. Gravity was fabulous. We were attended by two younger staff members, Josh and Avery. They were fantastic! They were great at keeping the kids both safe and engaged, which is not always easy with excited 10 and 11 year olds. These guys will make great leaders. The other staff all looked equally professional with their groups. Bravo, Gravity!
Came here with some friends last night. Service was excellent. The place was great and we had lots of fun. Staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. Even lost my sweater at one point and a member was able to locate and keep it for me to receive the following day. 10/10 👍🏾
