Not impressed. He did the job but his opinion seems wildly incorrect.
Very rude and unprofessional. Your guaranteed to NOT have anything appraised within your closing dates. It’s the same old thing every time you speak with them Gravitt and his accomplice “Bobby”. “We’re swamped and your property is difficult to appraise” Would NOT recommend this for anything at all.
Chad arrived on time for the appraisal and was both professional and pleasant. He completed the overview of the property in a reasonable amount of time, asked questions as appropriate, and was responsive to questions I had about the process.
