Great team, they worked up all plans and construction drawings on a complete home renovation for us. Great work.
Fast response to my request. Engineer was on site the following day. He answered all my questions and provided insight on issues as he went thru the foundation review.Report was well done with detailing of issues identified.Conclusions and recommendations provided exactly what I needed to discuss with the builder.
Gravitek showed up on time and did a great job in the foundation model I asked for. Within a few days I had a 70 page report with a 3d graphic showing my foundation. Completely worth the money . Great guys to work with.
They were very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. They have given me a sense of relief knowing that my home is structurally sound. I am completely satisfied and will use them again if I need engineering services. I will also recommend them to everyone.
I was selling my home and the buyer's inspector flagged a potential issue with my upstairs extended balcony. Nathan from Gravitek Engineering came out to assess the issue. He made solid, practical recommendations, which our buyer readily accepted. I found Nathan to be highly professional and very knowledgeable. Needed a residential foundation inspection. Spoke with Nathan who was very friendly and informative. Gravitek came to my residence and did a thorough inspection and also gave me tips for future issues that could arise around the foundation of my home. I highly recommend their service no matter how big or small.
