Buyer Beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!?? I purchased a burton custom 162. it arrived to me horribly packaged open and damaged. I was told when I contacted them that they would have to open a claim with UPS and they would not refund me if the claim was not accepted. UPS did not accept claim because of poor package job and snowboard only being single boxed. I have been calling them since May. they will not answer my phone calls and will not issue refund. Great shop, didn’t get to visit in person but online stocked an item I needed others didn’t supply!
Do not recommend this store, there is many better stores in Colorado with better customer service. I bought a snowboard that I was looking for a long time. Next day when I was on my way to the store for new bindings, they canceled my order ( really CO store??) The manager said it was price error and it was listed as last year’s price. Got a siiiick volcom hoodie here for a great deal just because it was out of season (by one season). It made me look like a watermelon and it just suited my lifestyle and fit my budget so well. Will def come check out the stash soon!
HAD to jump on the Gravitee exclusive colorway on my new Thirtytwo TM-TWOs. So glad i did! They shipped really quick and the boots look amazing and feel great. Thanks a lot! Hope to stop in wearing them when i take my CO snow vacation in March.
Gravitee is awesome! They have gear that is exclusive to dealers that is otherwise difficult to find. If you are nice they may even give you a beer and tell you where to find the hidden pow stashes days after a dump.
