I booked a private Gravity session recently as part of a girlfriend’s birthday celebration and it was fantastic! Niky was our instructor and she was high energy and able to guide us to using the machines and demonstrating each move. It was such a different experience to use the Gravity system, and I definitely recommend trying it at least once! The Zumba Toning class is one of my favorites! It’s the perfect combination of exercise, music, and dancing, making every session fun and energizing. You get to enjoy moving to great beats, it’s also an amazing workout for your muscles. If you’re looking to switch up your routine and try something different, I highly recommend giving this class a try!
