Harriet and Gravitas Home Care provided exceptional care to our father who was residing in an assisted living, Harriet is knowledgeable and very caring. She is an excellent communicator as she provided thorough and prompt responses (including evenings and weekends) to any inquiries. Even after our father moved and no longer needed the services of Gravitas Home Care, Harriet would often check in to see how our dad was doing. Harriet is a true gem - she is pleasant to work with and treats your family member like her own.
I would love to thank Harriet and her staff at Gravitas. I met Harriet 7 years ago when I need to get a ride for my mother-in-law who was at Goddard House. She needed a ride to the eye doctor, and I am 4 hours away in Vermont. I was told that I had to call Harriet, that she was wonderful.
