I just want to give Dr. Jones a high review number one. She was. The kindest doctor I have ever had in years, the office staff were very professional, her assistant I think her name was Elizabeth. She was a sweetheart, not only did Dr. Jones ask me very thorough questions on medications that I was taking in the past They always weighed me took my blood pressure. I was confused about why I couldn’t get any controlled substances filled by Nancy Jones at Walmart, but then I found out that Walmart pharmacies have her flagged in their system and will not fill controlled prescriptions from her. That’s enough for me to decide she’s not a provider I feel comfortable with. I prefer to see someone whose prescribing history doesn’t create issues at the pharmacy.

I loved this Dr. She was my Dr for almost two decades. Then, she put me on some mind bending crap. I complained about it for three years. That drug ruined my life, I quit it and had an appointment two days later. And even though I had complained to Dr Jones for years, she never suggested I quit the drug or anything, just let me suffer. I do not recommend this doctor after how my mother has been treated here. She has very complex health problems and when she tries to really get help, the doctor rushes her and doesn't do anything different. She just gives her meds. It's really terrible. And they're being horrible about giving her a referral telling her she has to come in when she's been a regular patient there for decades. They are there to only make money! They obviously don't care about their quality of care and patients.

Went in for wellness check, was charged $100. and told to make another appointment! Never saw doctor The clinic was dirty and very impersonal. Questionaires seem to indicate they are only interested in pushing anti-depressants.
