We're there on Saturday and was 7:28pm and I was refused to be seen by a GP on a completely empty waiting room no one apart of me, and a very rude receptionist didn't even bother to explain why, and it supposed to close at 8pm
Very rude staff. My wife was told there would be about a two-and-a-half-hour wait at the walk-in centre. She quickly went to get our son some food, and when she came back, they told her he’d have to rejoin the queue again. There was no understanding or sympathy at all. They even belittled her in front of others, leaving both her and our son really distressed. Honestly, the worst NHS service we’ve ever experienced.
Waited for 2 hrs. Remained the last one even when I came before some people. 20 minutes after the last person had left, I gave up.
Genuinely pissed off. I read that if you're under 16 and having your blood test done, you can decide whether or not you want your parent in the room. I didnt want my mum in the room because I have reasons for wear long sleeves and hate people staring at me. The woman said I needed a parent and told me to go get her, I asked why and she said was "because you're under 16" which pissed me off.
