Genuinely pissed off. I read that if you're under 16 and having your blood test done, you can decide whether or not you want your parent in the room. I didnt want my mum in the room because I have reasons for wear long sleeves and hate people staring at me. The woman said I needed a parent and told me to go get her, I asked why and she said was "because you're under 16" which pissed me off. I had to visit Gravesham walk in centre on Sunday yes it was busy, the staff were professional and everyone seen quickly, what an amazing team doing a fantastic job, I was seen by Adam who is an inspiration thank you
Great service short waiting time staff were very friendly
Always an amazing service here, brought my grandson in Urgent Treatment Centre had a bit of a wait but that can’t be helped. The NHS is stretched extremely thin as we all know but the staff are polite and friendly when they see patients. Certain patients and relatives who are rude bring the place down
Some staff good some very dismissive Don't listen correctly. Info logged is not as reason I visited. Was symptoms a knock on of current diagnosis or is it reaction to meds. I felt like a scolded school girl for visiting here ,just logged sore throat query. Not the case at all. Very abrasive Dr T.. Quire alarming really
