We use these guys to manage our block. they do not respond to countless emails or voice mails. Avoid if you can.
Absolutly horrible service. No heating because boilers being replaced. They knew the boliers need replacing last year already and instead of planning corectly and doing it in spring/summer months they started in September. Managing agent is not responsive at all and when spoken on the phone - extreemly rude. Contacted partner and had better response. Now , 11th of November still no heating on and only warmish water. And since 2 or 3 years (I don't rememebr now) we pay 500£ a month in service charges for 2 bedroom flat. No am... read more
