Graves RV took on a challenging repair and update of my Volta Lithium Power System. Stayed engaged on my behalf with techs from Volta and Forest River warranty personnel to ensure repairs and software updates were done. Malcolm & Lyle get an A++ from me!
Lyle with Graves repair-- well---is an RV rocket man. If he can't fix your problem with a camper you don't have one. In 40 years he has seen them all. I recently had a hitch problem that was hard for most--but not Lyle. Like I said--RV--rocket man.
Brought my Motor Home in around June 25, 2025 for some issues with electrical and chassis air conditioning. I had a full warranty that I paid over $5,000 for at dealership in April 2025. I had a planned trip June 27th and wanted to go. They ended up letting me go for the weekend and said that I should be ok. Well we broke down. That costs me $400 plus in mechanic and friend fees. I returned and got into an accident at a gas station. I have been waiting for any work at all to be done since June 30th. I spent thousands on hote... read more
