New customer of John Graves Propane. Just wanted to take a moment and say how pleased I am with their customer service. I spoke with Sara and she was very professional, from setting up our new service to making a quick turnaround for our new tank install. Ryan setup our tank and done an awesome job. Thank you Sara and Ryan for all of your help.
We have stopped in several times on our way through Flagstaff to fill up the RV with Propane. Super easy in and out. Tons of room in the yard to maneuver for any size motorhome/fifth wheel. The staff inside has been super friendly every time (never had the experience of the folks with the low reviews). And when we came through when COVID was going full blast and prices were nuts everywhere, the guys filling told us these owners fought for a long time to keep prices down in an effort to not make customers feel like they are g... read more
Great service and friendly
The office manager is VERY rude and condescending and doesn’t not seem to know what she is doing in the slightest. The front office staff basically stare at you and each other until someone decides they have to help you. 0/10 would not recommend unless you want to deal with real unprofessionalism and inconsistent service.
One of the drivers from this company was very rude!!!! I'm not a customer of this company and the driver drove onto my property to service our neighbor. The driver told me I will survive but that is not the point !! I don't want heavy trucks driving on my property when I'm not the one getting the service !!!
