I was dealing with an ugly step-family battle over Trust benefits for 3.5 years and finally Graves Law was able to put an end to it in my favor. I tried other firms who just weren't as knowledgeable with Trust laws as they are. They were so easy to work with and always gracious and kind. If I could give Sam Hodges, probate attorney ten stars I would. I highly recommend him for any and all probate legal matters you may have. Our first attorney left us hanging and our case was mess. Mr. Hodges took on the challenge and straightened everything out. He took our case to completion. We had twenty eight heirs (28). He is very professional, courteous, respectful and responds to your emails and phone calls in a timely matter.
