Your mileage may vary... – After scheduling a day off work to be at home, I just received a call from the installer that part were missing and he could not install today. I purchased the logs and paid for them at the showroom 7 days ago. I was also told there was no need to take everything with me as the installer would bring them. After questioning this I was assured that this was a normal stocked item and they always have the parts. Graves Fireplaces Inc is Great! They installed my parents fireplace and continue to do the maintenance on it every year! They do an awesome job and are super friendly too! I would definitly reccommend them too and I know my parents are satisfied too!
