Five stars for Chris for finally fixing the wires for my skylights. Three stars Oaks Bros for needing three trials and repeat requests to get it done. I finally heard from them again with a, what sounded sincere, apology. With that, and the fact that my issues have been resolved, I decided to change my review to four stars.
