Leo and Everett were very professional, courteous, careful, and thorough throughout the whole vent and duct cleaning process. After moving into our first home, we found out the air ducts and vents had likely never been cleaned, and they were far dirtier than we expected. Everett was excellent from start to finish. graves brothers air duct cleaning arrived right on time and sent a text when leo and everett were on the way. they were professional, explained the negative air duct cleaning process clearly, and spent about 2.5 hours doing a very thorough job on the vents and ductwork. the price was reasonable, and we were happy to get the exact type of air duct cleaning service we wanted for better airflow and cleaner indoor air.

leo was amazing. i was sure he was thinking these people had some very heavy pet buildup in the vents and returns and might be disappointed if every odor and mark could not come out, even after he explained that some older pet issues can be hard to fully remove. the result was the complete opposite. we needed our air ducts and vents cleaned before having people over the next day. we had always used basic cleaning before, but the service information said the home would feel fresher fast, with better airflow and less dust, and... read more
