I have always been very happy with the service I have received. Graves Body Shop has worked on 3 of my vehicles in the past. Their scheduling has always been accurate when they could start and completed on time. The quality of their work is the best I’ve seen. If I ever need any repairs in the future I would want Graves Body Shop to do it for me.
Would advise everyone to stay away from this body shop if you want your vehicle done in a timely manner. Got in a accident on the 13th of march and still getting the run around from the body shop on the 17th of may. It took them until April 10th to get it in the shop to work on it. They never call and give you updates on your vehicle and don’t seem to care if you are dissatisfied with how long it’s taking.
