In 1992 the business was bought by Mark and Jeannie Nordstrom. Mark had worked for Phil since 1981 and when Phil Graves decided to retire the Nordstrom's bought and took over the business and have since owned and operated it along with their daughter Taucha.

Looks like a great family-owned business but I've been trying to get a hold of them all week. I always call during business hours and get voice mail saying "call back during business hours." I left 2 messages but got no call back. UPDATE 1 week later: They might be out of business?? I wanted to give them a good working oven for free and left my info in a voice mail but ended up taking it to the salvager instead.

This is the place to go to get your appliances fixed! Graves Appliance are honest and great people to take a look at your appliances. We had older Kenmore washer and dryer and they fixed them very reasonably.
