BEWARE. We trusted Jonele at the order desk to calculate the material needed for our metal roof. This is a service they offered. Our contractor gave her the dimensions of our plain bungalow roof, no complexity, and she sold us 12 more panels than the job required, at $170.00 a panel. The manager refused to take the excess back. Too bad, so sad. Not even an offer to take it with a restocking charge. Works for them.They take no accountability for their mistake, we pay $2300.00.
