After nearly 30 years as a loyal patient of this practice, I am extremely disappointed to say that I can no longer recommend this dental office. The recent decision to implement balance billing feels deeply unfair to long-standing families who have supported this clinic for decades. Always a good day at the dentist. Staff are very polite and respectful. My hygienist always does a great job. She is top notch and very friendly too. Would recommend this dental office to everyone.
Had a little chip to my front tooth quite a few years back. The repair performed by previous dentist of this facility lasted most of a decade but eventually failed. Brought it to Gravenhurst family dental to have it repaired. The second Repair lasted about a week so they offered to fix for free! I thought that was pretty great! However; seemingly frustrated, rushing, and critical of my severe discomfort, the dentist ground my front tooth significantly to “ensure the integrity” of the tertiary repair. Dr. Priyanka Mandal and her team are fantastic. Dr. Mandal is so professional and accommodating. I didn’t feel any needle go in, no pain, and the work was done quickly and perfectly. I just love my dentist! Highly recommend.
