As a business owner my entire adult life I don’t do this lightly. I have never in my life complained about a business on a large platform. On 4/30/19 I dropped my Gravely mower off to Gravely of Hockessin. This is a mower with a MSRP of 12k that I purchased in 2016 from them just under 3 years ago. It carried a 3 year warranty. I dropped it off for an oil leak. 2 days after dropping it off John called and said “It has an oil leak. I’m not sure if it will be covered or not”.
