I moved in a couple of months ago, and the neighbors and management both have been extremely kind and welcoming! I have had only good encounters with the manager, Tonya, and she was very helpful to me in several ways during my move in. I would say that the best quality of management has been their prompt responses to any questions and/or concerns I have had. Been living here for over a year. The management brings in a lot of smokers who break the lease rules without any accountability. Absolute party animals in 146 all week long. It almost seems like smoking is a requirement for tenancy.
Tonya, the property manager, is truly one of the best in the industry! From the application process to move-in and now as a current resident, her communication has been AMAZING. It honestly feels like she never stops working because she always responds so quickly and thoroughly. I lived in these townhomes for two years and I hadn't one bad experience in terms of the property management, nor my neighbors. I appreciated the amount of space for the rental price, which is competitive to an apartment half it's size. I would recommend checking out these homes, the island in the kitchen is the perfect centerpiece for the house. The star deduction is for the build quality of the townhouses.
