Hired them to fix a leaky roof — crew showed up late, left tools on my lawn, and “patched” it with duct tape. Rained next day — water poured in worse. Said “it’s structural — you need an engineer.” No invoice, no warranty, no follow‑up. Paid $500 for a hole that’s still open. Grave? More like _Grave Robbery — You’ll Lose Your Roof, Your Cash, and Your Peace of Mind._

Called for HVAC repair — tech claimed “compressor dead,” quoted $1,200. After I paid, unit still wouldn’t cool. Second visit revealed “he didn’t tighten the refrigerant line.” No refund, no manager, no service ID. Said “we don’t track jobs — it’s all verbal.” Grave Enterprise? More like _Grave Incompetence, No Accountability — You’ll Lose Your Air, Your Money, and Your Trust._ Avoid like a broken tomb — you’ll get buried in bad service.

What a great experience! Our undercarriage cover was coming off on I-20 a few miles outside of Sweetwater, TX. We looked up auto repair places and came up with Grave Enterprise. Wow! They had us in and out in ten minutes or less. They wouldn’t even accept any money! If you are looking for an honest place that will take care of you, look no further! We wish we had a place like this in our hometown in Tennessee!
