We had a rather expensive glass entry door custom installed by Ron about 7 years ago. Overall I feel an adequate job was done. About 2 years after installation, one of our glass panels broke which can happen. I called Ron asking for repair/replacement ideas/estimates, and his unwillingness to help or assist with the matter was less than desirable.
